Winter is upon us and what better way to stay bundled and warm but still be fashionable than with a scarf? One of the most stylish and convenient winter accessories is the infinity scarf. This simple, circular piece will keep you warm while being hassle free! With no straying ends to unravel and leave your neck exposed, these chunky pieces are perfect to throw on while running out the door!

I don't know about you but I don't think I could bring myself to pay nearly $70 for something as simple as a scarf...so we're going to make our own!

& don't worry, this post isn't going to require you to bust out any knitting needles, you can use a scarf that you already own!

What you will need:

1. [non-infinity] scarf of any material, fiber content, or length
2. scissors
3. thread
4. a needle

or you can use a sewing machine to do the job in one swift motion!

Step one: take your scarf and pin the two ends together. Cut it to a length you desire. (Remember that you will probably want to wrap the scarf two or three times around your neck, so only trim it in length if you feel it is outrageously long)

Step two: sew from one end to the other to attach both pieces and form a circle

Step three: Cut off fringe (if any on ends of scarf), press the ends down, and wah-lah! You have your own infinity scarf!!
